Through our Small Business Studio, selected owners receive hands-on help without a consulting fee. An owner can bring us one pressing issue or ask us to examine the business more broadly when the financial, operational, technical, and growth questions are connected.

Why there is no consulting fee
The consulting is free. Any separate commercial work is optional.
Selected businesses do not pay Ross Strategic Advisory for the diagnostic review, recommendation, or consulting provided through our Small Business Studio. There is no participation fee and no consulting bill waiting later.
In some cases, the work uncovers a separate opportunity, such as financing support, software development, implementation, or another mutually agreed engagement. The owner decides whether to proceed. Any compensation, outside cost, scope, and terms are disclosed and documented before that separate work begins.
Declining separate work does not change the review or recommendation a business receives through our Small Business Studio.
