Ross Strategic Advisory uses information submitted through this website to review inquiries, respond to requests, evaluate potential engagements, and maintain appropriate business records.

Information you choose to provide

This may include your name, organization, contact information, inquiry type, and the context you include in a message. The website form prepares an email in your mail application. The website records that the form was started or completed, but its measurement system does not copy the values entered into individual fields.

First-party website intelligence

Ross Strategic Advisory operates its own website measurement system. It records page visits, navigation paths, referring source and campaign information, selected links and downloads, form progress, engagement time, browser and device characteristics, screen size, and approximate geography. A random browser identifier and a 30-minute session identifier are stored in local browser storage so visits can be understood as a journey rather than isolated page counts.

Network addresses are hashed for matching and stored in encrypted form for restricted administrative use. Approximate location may be derived from hosting-network headers, network address, or browser timezone. The system does not use precise device location.

Traffic quality and internal use

Recognized automation, blocked collector activity, and authenticated owner traffic are separated from human visitor reporting. These classifications protect the accuracy of website totals and may be retained for security, audit, and troubleshooting purposes.

How information may be shared

Ross Strategic Advisory does not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security, approximate network geography, email, or other authorized business operations, and may be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and security

Website intelligence records are maintained for up to 730 days under the current operating setting. Inquiry and business records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for the request, an engagement, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Administrative access is authenticated, sensitive configuration is kept outside the public site, and stored network addresses are encrypted.

Sensitive information

Do not submit controlled, proprietary, source-selection-sensitive, export-restricted, financial-account, health, or other protected information through a general website form or email draft.
