Government capabilities

Built for the requirement. Ready for acquisition.

A clear view of the work Ross Strategic Advisory can own, the results a buyer can expect, and the contracting information needed to evaluate fit.

How the work is organized

Four defined capability areas, with room to combine them.

Government requirements often cross technology, program operations, workforce adoption, and physical fulfillment. This structure makes responsibility clear without forcing a complex requirement into an artificial service boundary.

Each capability identifies representative scope, tangible outputs, delivery method, and relevant NAICS and PSC alignment. Codes support acquisition discovery; they do not substitute for evidence, qualifications, or a review of the actual work.

Delivery structure

One work package or several. One accountable path through the work.

01

Focused work packages

Take responsibility for a defined body of work with clear outputs, owners, acceptance criteria, and transition expectations.

02

Integrated delivery

Connect systems, operations, and adoption when separating them would create more coordination risk than it removes.

03

Prime and partner roles

Enter as a prime, subcontractor, supplier, or teaming partner based on the actual scope, qualifications, capacity, and compliance burden.

Acquisition or teaming inquiry
